At Bright Horizon Marketing, we focus on delivering authentic review services with transparency. This Replacement Policy explains when and how replacement requests may be considered.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The review was not delivered at all
- The review was removed before the delivery process was completed
- The removal was not caused by changes made by the client, such as profile edits, suspensions, or policy violations
Replacement eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Eligible Replacement Cases
Replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Reviews removed after successful delivery completion
- Reviews removed due to platform policy changes or algorithm updates
- Reviews removed because of profile suspension, restriction, or policy violations
- Natural review fluctuations on third-party platforms
- Client-requested changes after delivery has begun
All third-party platforms operate independently, and Bright Horizon Marketing has no control over their moderation actions.
3. Replacement Request Timeframe
Any replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of the reported issue. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
4. Replacement Process
If a replacement request is approved:
- Replacements will be delivered gradually, similar to the original order
- Replacement timelines may vary depending on platform availability
- Replacements do not reset or extend the original service duration
Bright Horizon Marketing reserves the right to determine the method and timing of replacement delivery.
5. No Guarantee of Permanent Retention
While we aim for authenticity and natural delivery, no replacement or service guarantees permanent review retention. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
6. Final Decision Authority
All replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Bright Horizon Marketing. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
